HANDICAP PARKING
Handicap Parking is limited and "first-come, first-served" in our main parking lot at 4700 West Gate Blvd, Austin, TX 78745. If you are able to get on a shuttle bus, it is much closer for handicap attendees to park at Burger Activity Center and ride the shuttle bus.

Please do not park at the following locations, as the business owners have informed us they will tow cars: 

Regal Cinemas: 4477 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78745
Black Swan Yoga: 4534 West Gate Blvd, Austin, TX 78745
Any neighboring lots

PARKING
-Accessible parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis in our main parking lot at 4700 West Gate Blvd., Austin, TX 78745.
-Guests who can safely board a shuttle may find it easier to park at Burger Activity Center and ride the complimentary shuttle to the church.
-Our designated CapMetro Access drop-off and pickup lane will also be open for registered CapMetro Access riders.

LOBBY WAIT TIMES AND STANDING
Guests may be required to wait in the lobby before the auditorium doors open. To help minimize your wait, please arrive at the designated arrival time for your ticket type. Once the lobby opens at 5:00 PM, guests with disabilities or special accommodations may wait inside until the auditorium doors open.

AUDITORIUM SEATING
Accessible auditorium seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our team will do its best to accommodate each guest’s needs, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Guests attending with a service animal should review our Service Animal Policy before arriving.

Each ticket level has a designated seating area:

VIP: A reserved VIP section will be available.
Early Access: A reserved Early Access section will be available.
General Admission: Guests may choose from any available seats in the General Admission section upon entry.

Please understand that individual seats may not be reserved, saved, or held at any ticket level. If you would like to sit with friends, we recommend entering the auditorium together.

Small purses and bags containing necessary medical equipment, disability-related items, or medications are permitted. Please leave backpacks, luggage, and other large bags at home.

All bags are subject to inspection by our Security Team. If you do not wish to have your bag inspected, you may be asked to check it in for secure storage during the event. Refusal to comply with an inspection or storage request may result in denied entry.

Yes! A live ASL interpreter will be available during GLOW, with a reserved seating section for Deaf and hard-of-hearing guests. Let an usher know when you arrive in the main worship center.

We hope that this event will be a time for you to "get away" and be free from distractions so you can receive all God has for you. Due to the growth of GLOW Women's Gathering, we are providing more space for the women attending the Gathering. So this year, childcare is not available.

The attire is casual. You may want to bring a sweater or light jacket if you get cold easily.
